Graham May BA, MA is Principal Lecturer in Futures Research at
Leeds Metropolitan University. He is Course Leader of the Masters
degree in Foresight and Futures Studies, the only such course
in the UK and has extensive experience teaching Futures at undergraduate
and post-graduate levels. Recent consultancy includes work for
Pfizer, Kent County Council, NG Bailey, the Government Office
for Yorkshire and the Humber and a British Council Workshop in
Moscow for the Russian Government. He played a leading role with
the Local Government Association in producing the FuturesToolkit.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the Advisory
Council and Professional Member of the World Future Society, a
member of the World Futures Studies Federation, Reviews Editor
of the journal Foresight, member of the Editorial Board of the
Journal of Futures Studies, a member of the Tomorrow Network and
Council Member of the UK Futurists' Network. He was formerly Convenor
of the UK Futures Group and a member of the Construction Panel
of the UK Government's Foresight Programme.
